Helensburgh had another cinema named The Tower, which closed in 1968 and was demolished a few years later. This new Tower has relaunched the name with two new screens and digital projection. The Centre has two halls capable of holding screenings for cinema audiences, and screens the latest films seven days a week. The largest is the Concert Hall which has a seating capacity of 400 with a 10m x 8m stage and 24 foot screen. It also hosts arts events ranging from ballet productions to comedy nights, jazz concerts and orchestral performance.
